Leveraging her experience as a U.S. Coast Guard Logistics Specialist, Jalissa excels at creating order from chaos. She specializes in researching, developing, and implementing robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that streamline workflows for small to medium businesses. Her expertise extends across the project lifecycle, including user acceptance testing, database management, and critical file conversion initiatives.
Jalissa holds multiple IT certifications with a concentrated focus on systems security in network and cloud environments.
